At TPCHOICE, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must be:

Unworn and unused

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

A photo of each jewelry item you want to return

A photo of the shipping label attached to the package received
These photos must be sent within 30 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon receiving your order. Contact us right away if:

Please note that slight color or stone shade variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the jewelry you purchased. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Free return labels are only provided if:

If your first received item is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned jewelry and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time and the buyer chooses to return it, the buyer will still be responsible for return shipping costs.
